Terms of Use & Software License Agreement
These terms explain the limited software license for ReviTitan and the separate policy for support and bug reports.
What you purchase
Payment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ReviTitan under the purchased license. The license may include use of the software, released updates during the license term, released fixes and improvements, the ability to report issues, and basic installation, activation and licensing guidance. Buying a ReviTitan license is not a purchase of work hours, custom development, or personal debugging services.
Trial & pre-purchase evaluation
The trial is a practical opportunity to evaluate ReviTitan with your Revit version, workflows, project environment and computer environment before buying a paid license. By purchasing, you acknowledge that this opportunity was available; this does not mean that you necessarily used the trial.
Refund & cancellation policy
ReviTitan is digital software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, activated licenses are generally non-refundable because the product may be evaluated through a trial and is supplied digitally. Refunds remain available where required by law, expressly included in the transaction terms, or approved by ReviTitan as a commercial goodwill decision. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- A workflow mismatch, a project-specific limitation, an unsupported environment, a third-party conflict, an Autodesk update, a beta feature or a change in your needs does not by itself create an automatic refund right.
- A goodwill refund, partial refund, credit, extension or license replacement is not an admission of liability, a precedent or a commitment for another case.
Support & Bug Policy
You may report a suspected issue. A report does not by itself prove that a bug exists and does not require ReviTitan to reproduce, investigate, correct, hotfix, workaround, change the software, or provide an SLA.
- ReviTitan may prioritize reports by severity, reproducibility, affected users, impact on core functionality, Revit and ReviTitan version, user environment, third-party dependencies, work scope and product roadmap.
- Released fixes and improvements remain available according to the purchased license; a report does not promise a particular release outcome.
No personal debugging commitment
The license does not require ReviTitan to connect to your computer, run a remote session, inspect RVT files, templates, families, worksharing, ACC or BIM 360, Windows, permissions, network, hardware, other add-ins, Dynamo scripts, or third-party software; nor to attend Zoom or Teams calls or spend individual investigation time on a customer-specific issue. If ReviTitan chooses to assist in a particular case, it is a courtesy or product investigation and creates no future right or contractual obligation.
No SLA by default
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, ReviTitan does not provide an SLA. There is no committed response, investigation, correction, release, hotfix or workaround time, and no guarantee that every reported issue will be corrected.
Product License is not Professional Services
Professional Services—such as custom development, office-specific adjustments, BIM consulting, workflow development, integrations, remote debugging, model review and office-specific troubleshooting—are not included automatically in a product license. They may be offered only under a separate quote and written agreement.
Your responsibility
ReviTitan is an assistance tool. You are responsible for reviewing every result it produces and for professional judgment, model review, QA, BIM coordination, dimensions, drawings, standards and approvals. Final responsibility for the model, drawings, data and deliverables remains with the user and/or office.
Software environment and compatibility
Revit environments vary: Revit and Windows versions, add-ins, links, families, templates, worksets, ACC, BIM 360, CAD links, antivirus, VPN, permissions, .NET, drivers, network policies, scripts, Dynamo and other third-party products can affect behaviour. An issue seen only in one environment does not alone prove a defect in ReviTitan. Only Revit versions expressly identified by ReviTitan as supported are Supported Versions.
Compatibility & environment limitations
ReviTitan does not guarantee identical behaviour across every Revit project, configuration, environment, element type or third-party software combination. A supported environment means that it is within the intended compatibility scope and reasonably tested; it does not mean bug-free operation in every case.
Supported environments
The currently supported Revit releases are the versions identified in the product experience: Revit 2022 through Revit 2027. Later releases, builds and hotfixes are not supported unless ReviTitan expressly identifies them as such. Corporate IT policies, remote or virtual environments and regional settings can also affect operation.
Revit API and known limitations
ReviTitan depends on Autodesk Revit and its API. A task available manually in Revit may not be available in the same way through the API; views, families, groups, links and element types can impose different restrictions. Known limitation categories include API, linked-model, group, family, worksharing, unsupported-element and version-specific behaviour.
Availability, Autodesk and third parties
To the extent permitted by law, ReviTitan is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. It is not guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every workflow or project, compatible with every add-in, or unaffected by Autodesk changes to Revit, its API, security, add-in mechanisms, .NET environment, updates or hotfixes. ReviTitan is not responsible for conflicts caused by third-party software, add-ins or scripts.
Professional responsibility
ReviTitan is a productivity and automation tool, not an architect, engineer, BIM manager, code consultant or QA reviewer. Before issue, publication, export, coordination, construction or client delivery, you must review and verify dimensions, geometry, graphics, visibility, tags, parameters, sheets, views, exports, CAD and family changes, and every other output.
Data, files and backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups and versions, reviewing material changes, using Undo where available, and not relying on ReviTitan as a backup mechanism.
Third-party software and Autodesk changes
ReviTitan cannot promise compatibility with every add-in, script, Dynamo package, security product, Autodesk extension or corporate software. A conflict is not necessarily a ReviTitan defect and its project-specific investigation may be Professional Services. Autodesk may change Revit, API, security, .NET, file formats, add-in loading, authentication and cloud integrations without immediate ReviTitan compatibility.
Feature requests, updates and beta tools
A feature request does not create a commitment to develop it, even if ReviTitan acknowledges, discusses or evaluates it. Subject to law and express license commitments, ReviTitan may change the UI, workflow, tools, implementation, compatibility and roadmap. Features marked Beta, Preview, Experimental or Labs may be unstable, changed or removed.
Multi-user and office licenses
Studio, Business, Enterprise and other office licenses do not by themselves include a dedicated developer, account manager, support hours, meetings, SLA, personal debugging or custom development. Such services exist only when expressly stated in the plan or a separate written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReviTitan will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost time, lost work, lost income or profits, project delay, restoration costs, or third-party claims. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount actually paid for the applicable ReviTitan license during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Notice and opportunity to investigate
To the extent permitted by applicable law, before making a significant product-functionality claim, please report the issue, provide reasonable information and allow ReviTitan a reasonable opportunity to investigate. This process does not limit mandatory rights or remedies.
Governing law, severability and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. ReviTitan may update these terms; the Last Updated date and version identify the current terms.
